Refunds

We offer a full refund ( Admin charge  will apply) for all charity-selling event tickets purchased online or in person, up to 7 days before the event date. To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your ticket information and the reason for your request.

Cancellations

If the charity selling event is cancelled, all ticket holders will be issued a full refund. If the event is rescheduled, ticket holders will have the option to keep their tickets for the new date or to request a refund.

Exceptions

There are no exceptions to our refund and cancellation policy for charity selling event tickets.
